What stays on your device
Player names, scores, settings and previous tournaments are kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent anywhere unless you open a live room. Clearing your browser data deletes them; the export button saves a copy as a file.
Live rooms
When you create a live room, the tournament name, player names, court names, pairings and scores are sent to our server so players’ phones and the TV can show them. Scores that players send are stored there too, labelled only with the court number.
Anyone with the six-character room code can view the room, so use first names or nicknames. Sending scores needs the room PIN; changing anything else needs the organiser key that only your device holds.
Rooms and everything in them are deleted automatically 45 days after they were created.
What else we store
Beta list: if you join it, your email address, the option you picked and the page you joined from, used only to email you about Bandeja. We never sell or share it.
Anonymous usage counts: when a feature is used we record its name, coarse details such as the format and a player-count range, the page and your country (from the network). No cookies, no identifiers, no IP addresses, no names.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare (Pages and D1), which hosts this site.
Your rights
To see or delete your beta-list entry, reply to any email from us and we will delete it within 30 days. To remove a live room early, contact us the same way with the room code.
