This is a perfect Americano: over 15 rounds every player partners every other player exactly once and meets each of them twice as an opponent. Each round uses 4 courts and everyone plays.

Over the full rotation each player plays 15 matches (about 4 hrs of play at 24 points). Rounds sitting out per player: 0.
If one player cancels, 15 players on 3 courts need 18 rounds (partners rotate with few repeats). If one more joins, 17 players on 4 courts need 17 rounds (everyone partners everyone once).
